Can the Kut'zig be privatized?
Yes! It is possible to privatize one or more Kut’zig buses, depending on availability. We offer simple privatizations with a driver, but also with additional services (tastings, visits, meals). Privatization is possible every day of the year!

How many seats are there on the Kut’zig?
A Kut’zig vehicle has 28 seats, and we have 3 vehicles available.
Is the Kut’zig wheelchair accessible?
- Yes! Just let us know at least one week in advance so we can prepare the vehicle.
- We only have one accessible vehicle, so you’ll only be able to travel every 3 hours (instead of every 1.5 hours).
- Our platform for accessing the vehicle is limited to 150 kg and is 70 cm wide.
Are dogs allowed on board?
- All assistance dogs are allowed.
- Small dogs that can sit on their owner’s lap are tolerated.
- Unfortunately, medium or large dogs are not allowed. The vehicle is very narrow,
- which could cause stress for the animal and other passengers.
Can you bring luggage on the Kut’zig?
No, the vehicle does not have large enough luggage compartments, and the bus aisles are very narrow.
Can you bring a stroller on the Kut’zig?
- No, the vehicle does not have large enough luggage compartments, and the bus aisles are very narrow.
- Exception: Folded umbrella strollers are allowed.
Can you eat and drink on the Kut’zig?
No, eating and drinking are not allowed on board the Kut’zig. Please respect this rule out of consideration for our drivers.
Is it mandatory to stick to the departure time I selected when booking?
No, it is not mandatory but highly recommended. It helps us manage passenger flow and organize the Kut’zig routes as efficiently as possible.
I chose the wrong date on my ticket, what should I do?
You can email us at hello@kutzig.fr at least 72 hours before the date shown on your ticket. We will then send you a new ticket with the correct date. The original ticket will no longer be valid.
I haven’t received my tickets, what should I do?
- Please send us an email at hello@kutzig.fr or call us at +33 (0)3 89 24 76 65.
Our offices are closed on weekends and public holidays. - You can purchase additional tickets at our partner Tourist Offices (Colmar, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, Eguisheim). We will refund the original tickets you did not receive (provided the payment was actually debited from your bank account).
Am I required to buy my tickets on the Kut’zig website?
No, you can go to the Tourist Offices in Colmar, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, and Eguisheim, which also sell official Kut’zig tickets.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, but only at our partner tourist offices (Colmar, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, and Eguisheim).
Can I cancel my Kut’zig tickets?
No, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
What happens if a Kut’zig is full and I can’t get on board?
Our driver immediately informs our team so that a backup shuttle can be dispatched.
You won’t have to wait 1.5 hours for the next scheduled departure. However, since our backup vehicles depart from Colmar, depending on the village you are in, you may have to wait a little while.
Is there a fare for groups?
No, there is no group fare.
We are a group of more than 10 people, can we take the Kut’zig?
- It is not recommended to book the Kut’zig if you are more than 6 people, for organizational reasons.
- We recommend privatizing a vehicle to ensure that you can all stay together and enjoy a personalized itinerary.
- If you still wish to use the Kut’zig as a group, we suggest you email us at hello@kutzig.fr with your exact itinerary. This allows our team to plan accordingly and ensure a pleasant experience for all passengers.
