Home to the oldest and largest cooperative winery in Alsace, it brings together 450 cooperative members and offers all Alsatian grape varieties, as well as 15 of Alsace's 51 Grand Crus. A cooperative winery is run by cooperators, people for whom vineyard work is not their main activity, who sell their harvest to the winery, which is responsible for vinification and marketing.
