The service provided by Kut’zig concerns only the provision of transportation in passenger vehicles. Kut’zig is a brand of the company LK – Voyages Lucien KUNEGEL.

If you buy tickets on the Kut’zig online sales platform, they will be delivered to you in the form of electronic tickets (“e-tickets”), by e-mail or directly in your customer area on the website www.kutzig.fr. The e-tickets sent by e-mail can be printed or presented to the driver via an electronic medium (telephone/tablet).
The tickets are also available for sale at the Tourist Offices.
Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Reservation of a ticket is mandatory to get on board the Kut’zig. This gives access to a day of unlimited ascents and descents on board the Kut’zig, on the date selected at the time of reservation and indicated on the ticket.
2. PRESENTATION OF TICKETS
You must present your ticket to the driver each time you board the Kut’zig. The ticket is in the form of a QR code and must be perfectly legible, in good condition and complete (no folds, no erasures…), it will be validated by the driver’s scanner.
3. VALIDITY OF THE TICKETS
Tickets are valid for one day, from 8:30 am to 7:25 pm. No extension of this period is possible. Your ticket entitles you to unlimited use of the Kut’zig service during its operating hours, with the obligation to get off at the end of each trip.
Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
4. LOSS OF TICKETS
It is your responsibility to keep your ticket in a safe place. We will not provide replacement tickets. If you are stopped and found to be traveling without a valid ticket, you will be required to purchase a replacement ticket at the full fare.
Child tickets are available for children ages 4 to 12 at a rate of €16/person. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 3 years of age may travel free of charge if accompanied by a dedicated adult (1 adult to 1 child) and seated on the adult’s lap so as not to occupy a seat at the expense of a passenger with a fare-paying ticket.
6. PLACES AND TIMES OF DEPARTURE
Kut’zig undertakes to communicate places and times of departure as accurately as possible. However, Kut’zig reserves the right to modify the places and times of departure without prior notice if circumstances so require.
7. ITINERARY OF THE SERVICE
During the service, Kut’zig proposes 9 stops: Colmar Gare, Colmar Office du Tourisme-Unterlinden, Ribeauvillé Gare routière, Hunawihr Lavoir, Riquewihr Poste, Kaysersberg Vignoble Porte Basse, Turckheim Porte de France, Eguisheim Parking de la Mairie.
In case of necessity and for safety reasons, if weather conditions, road works or traffic conditions require it, the circuit can be modified or cancelled.
8. TYPES OF VEHICLES AND SAFETY ON BOARD THE BUSES
Kut’zig provides 28-seat convertible buses. The company reserves the right to use other types of vehicles in case of force majeure.
In the event of a large number of passengers, Kut’zig cannot be held responsible for a lack of space during pick-up. During the final circuit and in the event of a lack of space, Kut’zig undertakes to transport any passengers to the desired Kut’zig stop and reserves the right to use another vehicle.
For safety reasons, passengers must remain seated and not put their head, legs or arms outside the vehicle. It is strictly forbidden to get on or off before the bus has come to a complete stop. Children must remain seated on their parents’ laps.
The prices associated with the service are displayed on the fare page of the online sales platform as well as on all information documents. All prices quoted include applicable taxes.
Kut’zig reserves the right to change the prices of its services at any time and without notice.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, all purchases are final and may not be retracted.
Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. The date selected when booking the ticket corresponds to the date on which the customer is authorized to board.
In the event of loss or theft of a ticket or a duplicate ticket, only the first person presenting the ticket is considered to be the legitimate holder of the ticket and may access the Kut’zig service.
If Kut’zig is unable to provide you with the service during the period of validity of your ticket and in circumstances within its control, you have the right to request a partial or total refund of the amount of your ticket. All requests for refunds should be sent by e-mail to email@example.com. Please scan your ticket, attach it to your e-mail and include your order number in the body of the e-mail.
11. ACCIDENT OR LOSS
Travelers are asked to keep an eye on their personal belongings. Kut’zig will not be held responsible for any loss or theft, nor for any damage.
12. CONSUMPTION ON BOARD
The consumption of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food is strictly forbidden on board the Kut’zig. It is also forbidden to smoke and to vapourize.
Animals are not allowed on board the Kut’zig.
14. LUGGAGE AND BUNKERS
Kut’zig is a tourist shuttle. The vehicles do not have cargo bays. Kut’zig reserves the right to refuse a passenger with bulky luggage.
15. CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR
Kut’zig reserves the right to refuse access to the vehicle to any person whose behavior is harmful or constitutes a risk to the safety of other passengers. No refunds will be made.
In all cases, all instructions and information given by the drivers must be respected.
16. MOBILE APPLICATION AND WEBSITE
All suggestions for tours and activities offered on the website and mobile application are the responsibility of each provider, advertisers … Kut’zig can not be held responsible for problems or malfunctions …
